  • What to Bring to Your Consultation

Bring what you have; don't worry about what you don't.

    • Knowledge of your budgetary restraints – The amount you are planning to spend impacts the overall design.

    • Photographs of the existing building – If there is any existing structure (even if this structure is to be removed).

    • Photographs of the Project Site – If a site is already selected.

    • Inspirational Images – Show us your dreams. Everyone has different tastes and lifestyles, and we want to align your design to your specific style.

    • Site Survey – If you have one. Usually these are done by an engineering service.

    • Desired floor plan thoughts – You can get floor plan ideas online, or you can get creative and draw your own! This includes thoughts on what you do NOT like as well.

    • Pinterest and Houzz account information – If you have either of these and you create boards for your project, we want you to share!

    • List of desired spaces/rooms – A simple list of the spaces that you want to include in your project (or special items, like a piano). Include outdoor spaces as well.

    • Soils report and testing – From an engineering firm, if available.

    • Existing architectural drawings of any existing structures – Having these plans may save us time.
